IAS Visakh G. has been made the new District Magistrate of Kanpur. Visakh Mr. He is an IAS officer of 2011 batch. He is originally from Kerala. He has done B.Tech. He has held the post of CDO in Varanasi and Meerut and as District Magistrate in Hamirpur.
